So today started off innocent enough.... got up early to meet some friends and hit this modern home tour. Toured some great homes and one in particular that I fell in love with. As luck would have it the home was for sale and with the real estate crisis I about crapped my pants when they told me the price about half the price I thought it would be,definitely am going to try and make this happen.
